The title compound (0.09 g) was prepared from 6-chloro-4-cyclopropyl-7-fluoro-5-methoxypyrido[1,2-c]pyrimidine-1,3-dione (0.12 g, 0.42 mmol [Example 11]) and 2,4-dinitrophenylhydroxylamine (0.11 g, 0.5 mmol) using the procedure used to prepare Example 3. 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3) δ 8.17 (d, 1H), 5.52 (bs, 2H), 3.84 (s, 3H), 1.90-1.82 (m, 1H), 1.07-1.00 (m, 2H), 0.62-0.55 (m, 2H). MSCI: m/z 300 (MH+).
