To [4-(2-chloro-pyridin-3-yl)-[1,3,5]triazin-2-yl]-(3,4,5-trimethoxy-phenyl)amine (Example 2, Step 4)(103 mg, 0.275 mmol) was added 3-amino-N-(4-phenoxyphenyl)-benzamide (297 mg, 0.975 mmol) and DMSO (150 ml), and the mixture was heated overnight at 90° C. The residue was treated with IpOH and MeOH, triturated, sonicated, and filtered to obtain N-(4-phenoxy-phenyl)-3-{3-[4-(3,4,5-trimethoxy-phenylamino)-[1,3,5]triazin-2-yl]-pyridin-2-ylamino}benzamide as a yellow solid: MS m/z 642.5=[M+H]+. Calc'd for C36H31N7O5: 641.24.
