The title compound was prepared by hydrolysis of the compound of Example 249 under basic conditions (aq. NaOH/EtOH), resulting in a white solid, mp 90° C. (dec.). 1H NMR (DMSO-d6, 300 MHz) δ 1.15-1.50 (m, 2H), 1.50-1.70 (m, 2H), 2.16 (m, 1H), 2.56 (m, 1H), 3.15 (m, 1H), 4.30 (s, 4H), 4.32 (m, 1H), 5.20 (m, 1H), 7.02 (m, 4H), 7.30-7.52 (m, 2H), 7.84 (m, 1H), 8.15 (s, 1H). MS (APCI) m/z 494 (M+H)+. Anal. calcd. for C24H22F3NO5.0.3H2O: C, 57.78; H, 4.57; N, 2.81. Found: C, 57.87; H, 4.5 7; N, 2.76.
