This material was prepared by the reaction of [2-(7-chloro-thieno[3,2-b]pyridin-2-yl)-thiazol-4-yl]-methanol with 6-hydroxy-1,2-dimethyl-1H-indole-3-carboxylic acid methyl amide 16e and Cs2CO3 in a manner as previously described for example 1. 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ8.52 (1H, d, J=5.5 Hz), 8.14 (1H, s), 7.83 (1H, d, J=8.6 Hz), 7.63 (1H, s), 7.58 (1H, d, J=4.7 Hz), 7.54 (1H, d, J=2.0 Hz), 7.04 (1H, dd, J=2.0, 8.6 Hz), 6.64 (1H, d, J=5.5 Hz), 4.60 (2H, s), 3.67 (3H, s), 2.80 (3H, d, J=4.3 Hz), 2.61 (3H, s).
