This material was prepared by the reaction of 7-chloro-2-(1-methyl-1H-imidazol-2-yl)thieno[3,2-b]pyridine 1e with 6-hydroxy-1,2-dimethyl-1H-indole-3-carboxylic acid pyridin-2-ylamide 69b and Cs2CO3 in a manner as previously described for example 1. 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ8.43 (1H, d, J=5.5 Hz), 8.33 (1H, s), 8.20 (1H, d, J=3.8 Hz), 7.75-7.95 (3H, m), 7.61 (1H, s), 7.40 (1H, s), 7.11 (2H, m), 7.03 (1H, s), 6.60 (1H, d, J=5.5 Hz), 4.05 (3H, s), 3.73 (3H, s), 2.68 (3H, s). LCMS (ESI+) [M+H]/z Calc'd 495, found 495.
