Reaction Steps
Following General Procedure C above using N-(3,5-difluorophenylacetyl)-L-alanine (Example B) and 1-(S)-amino-3-ethyl-7-fluoro-1,3,4,5-tetrahydro-2H-3-benzazepin-2-one (General Procedure 6-A), the title compound was prepared. Purification was by flash chromatography using 5% methanol/dichloromethane as the eluant.
