Crude {1-Benzhydryl-2-[2-(tert-butyl-diphenyl-silanyloxy)-ethyl]-5-chloro-1H-indol-3-yl}-acetaldehyde from step 7, example 142 was treated with 4-Methylamino-benzoic acid methyl ester according to the procedure in Example 142 step 8 to yield the desired 4-[(2-{1-Benzhydryl-2-[2-(tert-butyl-diphenyl-silanyloxy)-ethyl]-5-chloro-1H-indol-3-yl}-ethyl)-methyl-amino]-benzoic acid methyl ester in 73% yield.
