(+,−) Trans propane-2-sulfonic acid [2-(4-iodo-phenyl)-cyclopentyl]-amide (100 mg, 0.25 mmol, prepared in example 2) and 2,2,2-Trifluoro-N-{2-[4-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-[1,3,2]dioxaborolan-2-yl)-phenyl]-ethyl}-acetamide (105 mg, 0.31 mmol) were treated as described in example 6. The reaction was purified by radial chromatography eluting with 70:30 hexanes:ethyl acetate to afford 48 mg (39%) of the title compound as a white solid. The NMR was consistent with the assigned structure.
