This compound was synthesized from N-isopropyl-N-[3,4-(methylenedioxy)-phenyl]urea (291 mg) and 5-indancarboxaldehyde (190 mg) by the procedure described in example 10 in 59% yield, mp: 146-148° C. 1H NMR (CDCl3): 7.21-7.04 (m, 3H), 6.67 (s, 1H), 6.30 (s, 1H), 5.91 (d, J=1.4, 1H), 5.89 (d, J=1.4. 1H), 5.27 (s, 1H), 5.00 (s, 1H), 4.45 (m, 1H), 2.89 (m, 4H), 2.08 (m, 2H), 2.08 (m, 2H), 1.58-1.55 (m, 6H). Anal. calcd. for C21N22O3; C, 71.98; H, 6.33; N, 7.99. Found: C, 72.25; H, 6.59; N, 7.89.
