Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared starting from 2-methoxy-4-methylphenol (162 mg, 1.25 mmol) and 2-[3-(4-tert-butoxycarbonyl-1-piperazinyl)-2-pyrazinyloxy]ethanol (1.00 mmol; prepared in Example 52, Step 2) to give 233 mg (67%) of a yellow solid. HRMS m/z calcd for C18H24N4O3 (M)+ 344.1848, found 344.1839.
