Versuchsvorschrift

tert-Butyl 4-[6-(1,1,1,3,3,3-hexafluoro-2-hydroxypropan-2-yl)-4-propylpyridin-3-yl]piperazine-1-carboxylate (60 mg, 0.126 mmol) was dried with a vacuum pump, and dissolved in N,N-dimethylformamide (2.5 mL). Sodium hydride (7.3 mg, 0.152 mmol) and benzyl bromide (17 μL, 0.139 mmol) were added sequentially under ice-cold conditions, and the mixture was stirred at room temperature overnight. The reaction solution was added water under ice-cold conditions, and extracted with ethyl acetate. The organic layer was washed with brine, dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate, and concentrated in vacuo. The obtained residue was purified by silica-gel column chromatography (hexane/acetone), and the title compound (54 mg (yield 76%)) was obtained as a yellow oil.
