Versuchsvorschrift

By the reaction in the same manner as in Example 4-(iii) using 1-(4′-chloro[1,1′-biphenyl]-4-yl)-1-(1-trityl-1H-imidazol-4-yl)-2-methyl-1-propanol (3.00 g) and pyridine hydrochloride (1.04 g), the title compound (1.18 g) was obtained as colorless plate crystals.
