Versuchsvorschrift

To a solution of 1-(4-((2-(3-chlorophenyl)-6,7-dihydro-5H-cyclopenta[d]pyrimidin-4-yl)amino)phenyl)propan-2-one (0.072 g, 0.19 mmol) in methanol (5 mL) was added sodium borohydride (0.014 g, 0.38 mmol). The mixture stirred at rt for 10 min. After this time, the mixture was diluted with a saturated solution of NaHCO3 and extracted with ethyl acetate. The organic layer were dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate, filtered, and the filtrate was concentrated. The residue was purified by column chromatography (silica, hexanes/ethyl acetate) to afford the title compound (0.069 g, 95%) as a white solid. MW=379.88. 1H NMR (DMSO-d6, 500 MHz) δ 8.27 (s, 1H), 8.29-8.16 (m, 2H), 7.69 (d, J=8.5 Hz, 2H), 7.54-7.49 (m, 2H), 7.20 (d, J=8.5 Hz, 2H), 4.54 (d, J=5.0 Hz, 1H), 3.87-3.80 (m, 1H), 2.93-2.84 (m, 4H), 2.72-2.66 (m, 1H), 2.58-2.53 (m, 1H), 2.10 (quin, J=7.5 Hz, 2H), 1.06 (d, J=6.0 Hz, 3H); APCI MS m/z 380 [M+H]+.
