Versuchsvorschrift

A mixture of dibutyltin oxide, 31.2 g (0.125 mole), ricinoleic acid, 74.25 g (0.25 mole), and 250 ml toluene were mixed and reacted as described in Example 1. Removal of toluene yielded 120 g (944 yield) of dibutyltin bis-ricinoleate, a yellow viscous liquid.
