Versuchsvorschrift

To a suspension of 97 g of 6-amino-1-ethyl-5-nitroso-2,4-(1H,3H)-pyrimidinedione (III) was added 240 g of sodium dithionit in portions. The pale red crystals were filtered off and washed with water. Yield 89 g (99%) IV. NMR (DMSOd6, 2.60), 1.13 (t,3H), 3.30 (s broad, 2H), 3.93 (q,2H), 6.23 (s,2H), 10.00 (s broad, 1H).
