Versuchsvorschrift
A mixture of 4.0 g of 4-chloro-2-fluorobenzaldehyde, 2.05 ml of ethanethiol, 3.82 g of potassium carbonate and 6 ml of DMF was stirred at room temperature for 6 hours, and was allowed to stand overnight. Water was added to the reaction mixture, and the mixture was extracted with ethyl acetate. The organic layer was washed with water, then dried over anhydrous magnesium sulfate, and concentrated under reduced pressure. The resulting residue was applied to a silica gel column chromatography to obtain 3.57 g of 4-chloro-2-ethylsulfanylbenzaldehyde. 4-Chloro-2-ethylsulfanylbenzaldehyde
