Reaktionsschritte
To the above resin bound 3-{3-(4-tert-butylphenyl)-3-[4-(2H-tetrazol-5-ylcarbamoyl)benzyl]ureido}benzoic acid was added a solution of pyridine (500 μL) in DMF (5 mL) followed by pentafluorophenyl trifluoroacetate (850 μL). The mixture was shaken for 4 hours at 25° C., filtered and washed with DMF (2×10 mL), affording the resin bound title compound.
