Versuchsvorschrift

Compound 7.3 (1.0 mmol) and Pd/C (10 w/w %, 60 mg) in MeOH—H2O (12 mL) is stirred under a hydrogen atmosphere at room temperature until the reaction is complete. The catalyst is removed by filtration and the filtrate is evaporated to dryness under reduced pressure to provide thieno[3,2-d]pyrimidine-4-carboxylic acid 4-amino-benzylamide (compound 7.4).
