Versuchsvorschrift

To a stirring solution of 3-methyl-2-(1-methyl-piperidin-4-yl)-5-nitro-6-pyridin-4-yl-3H-pyrimidin-4-one (0.34 mmol) in methanol was added Pd/C (20 mg) and the reaction was stirred overnight under a hydrogen filled balloon. The reaction was filtered through celite then the product was purified on silica. M+1=299.
