Versuchsvorschrift

Oxalyl chloride (3.2 mL, 36.60 mmol) and DMF (50 μL) were added drop wise to a solution of compound 1003 (5.0 g, 21.52 mmol) in dichloromethane (100 mL) at 0° C. The reaction solution was warmed up to room temperature and stirred for 4 hours. The reaction mixture was concentrated in vacuum and the residue was dried under hi-vacuum for 3 hours. The crude product was used in the next step without further purification.
