Versuchsvorschrift
To a solution of 2-amino-4-trifluoromethyl-5-trimethylsilanylethynyl-benzoic acid methyl ester (1.65 g, 5.23 mmol) in THF (20 mL) was added a solution of TBAF in THF (1M, 10.5 mL, 2 equiv) and the resulting solution was stirred at r.t. for 10 min. The solvent was removed in vacuo and the crude oil was dissolved in AcOEt. The organic phase was washed with saturated NH4Cl and water, dried (Na2SO4) and concentrated in vacuo to afford a dark red oil. The crude product was purified by flash chromatography (EtOAc/hexanes (1:3)) to furnish 2-amino-5-ethynyl-4-trifluoromethyl-benzoic acid methyl ester (750 mg, 55%) as an orange oil.
