Versuchsvorschrift

A mixture of (2-{5-(2-methoxyethoxy)-7-[methyl(2-thienylsulfonyl)amino]-1H-indol-2-yl}-4,5-dihydro-1,3-thiazol-5-yl)acetic acid (220 mg), 1H-1,2,3-benzotriazol-1-ol-ammonia complex (100 mg), N-[3-(dimethylamino)propyl]-N′-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride (120 mg) and N,N-dimethylformamide (3 mL) was stirred at room temperature for 15 hr. Water was added to the reaction mixture, and the mixture was extracted with ethyl acetate. The ethyl acetate layer was washed successively with aqueous citric acid solution, saturated aqueous sodium hydrogencarbonate and saturated brine, dried (MgSO4), and concentrated. The residue was subjected to silica gel column chromatography, and eluted with ethyl acetate-methanol (97:3-90:10, volume ratio) to give pale-yellow crystals. The crystals were recrystallized from acetone-hexane to give the title compound (110 mg, yield 50%) as pale-yellow prism crystals. melting point 189-190° C.
