Versuchsvorschrift

300 mg (0.308 mmol) of 2-{4-(2-({(2-(4-chlorophenyl)-1,3-thiazol-4-yl)methyl}sulfanyl)-3,5-dicyano-6-(pyrrolidin-1-yl)pyridin-4-yl)phenoxy}ethyl N2,N6-bis(tert-butoxycarbonyl)-L-lysyl-L-alaninate (Example 26A) were initially charged in 5.4 ml of dichloromethane. 3.08 ml (6.163 mmol) of a 1N solution of hydrogen chloride in diethyl ether were added, and the reaction solution was then stirred at RT overnight. The solid formed was filtered off, triturated with 2.5 ml of cold dichloromethane and filtered off again. This gave 250 mg (96% of theory) of the target compound.
