Versuchsvorschrift

200 mg of Pd/C was added a solution of benzyl 2-(cis-4-hydroxycyclohexyl)-1-oxo-2,8-diazaspiro[4.5]decane-8-carboxylate (2.13 g, 0.00551 mol) in methanol (50 mL) under nitrogen. The reaction mixture was stirred under an atmosphere of hydrogen for 3 hrs. The mixture was filtered, and the filtrate was concentrated to give 2-(cis-4-hydroxycyclohexyl)-2,8-diazaspiro[4.5]decan-1-one (1.29 g, 93%).
