Versuchsvorschrift

Using (1S)-1-[(2R)-2-(2,4-difluorophenyl)-2-oxiranyl]ethanol (523 mg) and 6-methoxypurine 1/2 hydrate (415 mg), (2S)-2-(2,4-difluorophenyl)-2-[(1R)-1-[6-methoxy-7(7H)purinyl]ethyl]oxirane (205 mg) and (2S)-2-(2,4-difluorophenyl)-2-[(1R)-1-[6-methoxy-9(9H)-purinyl]ethyl]oxirane (183 mg) were obtained as a white powder respectively by the same way as in Reference Example 2.
