Versuchsvorschrift
To a solution of (3R)-tert-butyl 3-((2-azidoethoxy)(2,3-difluorophenyl)methyl)piperidine-1-carboxylate (3.4 g, 8.58 mmol) in ethyl acetate (50 mL) was added wet Pd/C (0.1 g). Under a hydrogen filled balloon the reaction was allowed to stir overnight. The reaction mixture was filtered through a pad of Celite and the solvent was removed. The residue was isolated by the preparative HPLC to give (R)-tert-butyl 3-((R)-(2-aminoethoxy)(2,3-difluorophenyl)methyl)piperidine-1-carboxylate (3 g, 94%). 1H NMR (CDCl3, 400 MHz) δ 7.22 (m, 3H), 4.48 (d, 1H), 4.01 (d, 1H), 3.65 (m, 1H), 3.42 (m, 2H), 3.08 (m, 4H), 1.88 (m, 1H), 1.55 (m, 1H), 1.43 (s, 9H).
