Versuchsvorschrift

In analogy to example 1, step 3,1-benzenesulfonyl-4-(3-bromo-phenyl)-3-phenyl-imidazolidin-2-one (example 5, step 2) was reacted with 4-(2-carboxyethyl)benzeneboronic acid in the presence of dichloro[1,1′-bis(diphenylphosphino)ferrocene]palladium dichloromethane adduct and sodium carbonate in dioxane/water to give 3-[3′-(1-benzenesulfonyl-2-oxo-3-phenyl-imidazolidin-4-yl)-biphenyl-4-yl]-propionic acid as an off-white solid. MS: 525.1 ([M−H]−)
