Versuchsvorschrift

A mixture of 2-(4-chlorophenyl)furo[3,2-c]pyridin-4(5H)-one (100 mg), (2-cyclopropyl-3-methylimidazo[1,2-a]pyridin-6-yl)boronic acid (106 mg), copper(II) acetate (4.99 mg), pyridine (0.066 mL), MS-4A (48.9 mg) and DMF (5.0 mL) was stirred at room temperature for 4 hr and at 50° C. overnight. After filtration of the obtained mixture through Celite, the filtrate was poured into 1 N hydrochloric acid and extracted with ethyl acetate. The obtained organic layer was washed with saturated aqueous sodium hydrogen carbonate solution and brine, dried over magnesium sulfate and concentrated in vacuo. The obtained solid was washed with ethanol to give the title compound (10.0 mg) as a pale brown solid.
