Versuchsvorschrift

Reaction of 3-hydroxy-5-methylpyrazole with phenyl isocyanate was carried out in the same manner as in Referential Example 14, to give a white solid of N-phenyl-3-hydroxy-5-methylpyrazol-1-carboxamide (yield: 18.9%). mp: 232-234° C.; 1H-NMR (CDCl3, TMS, ppm): δ 2.62 (d, J=0.8 Hz, 3H), 5.72 (d, J=0.8 Hz, 1H), 7.11-7.17 (m, 1H), 7.33-7.39 (m, 2H), 7.53-7.57 (m, 2H), 8.64 (br s, 1H). (Hydroxy proton was not assigned.)
