Versuchsvorschrift

Heat a mixture of N-[4-(aminomethyl)phenyl]methanesulfonamide hydrochloride(15.0 g, 63.4 mmol) and 1,2-epoxy-3-phenoxypropane (10.41 g, 63.4 mmol) in 63.4 mL of 1 N KOH in methanol and 10 mL of water for about 3.5 h. Remove the solvent to afford crystals of the title compound.
