1.84 g (6.67 mmol) 7-methoxy-3-piperidin-4-yl-1,3,4,5-tetrahydro-1,3-benzodiazepin-2-one and 4.54 mL (26.7 mmol) DIPEA were placed in 50 mL ethanol. 1.00 g (6.67 mmol) 2,4-dichloro-[1,3,5]triazine were added and the reaction mixture was stirred overnight at RT.
