Versuchsvorschrift

In analogy to the procedure described in example 11 c], [rac]-2-(6-hydroxy-indol-1-yl)-propionic acid ethyl ester (GB 2253848 A1) was reacted with methanesulfonic acid 5-(4-trifluoromethoxy-phenyl)-pent-4-ynyl ester (example 9 a]) in the presence of cesium carbonate and potassium iodide to give the title compound as colorless liquid.
