7423-93-0N[C@@H](Cc1ccc(O)c(Cl)c1)C(=O)OACWBBAGYTKWBCD-ZETCQYMHSA-N3-chloro-L-tyrosine is a chloroamino acid comprising a tyrosine core with a chloro- substituent ortho to the phenolic hydroxy group. It has a role as a biomarker and a human metabolite. It is a chloroamino acid, a L-tyrosine derivative, a member of monochlorobenzenes and a non-proteinogenic L-alpha-amino acid. It is a tautomer of a 3-chloro-L-tyrosine zwitterion.
