HCl (4 mL). The reaction mixture was stirred at room temperature for 15 hours. The solvent was then removed and the residue was purified by prep-HPLC to afford {3-[2-(3-chloro-benzylamino)-pyrimidin-4-yl]-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-6-yl}-piperidin-4-ylmethyl-amine; hydrochloride. (Yield 60 mg, 30.0%).
