The residue was taken up in ethyl acetate and washed with water. The isolated organic layer was dried with magnesium sulfate, filtered and the solvent removed under reduced pressure. The resulting residue was purified by reverse-phase HPLC (acetonitrile/water) to give 27 mg of the title compound (14% yield). 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ ppm 9.37 (s, 1H), 8.83 (dd, J=4.1 and 1.7 Hz, 1H), 8.54 (dd, J=7.3 and 1.9 Hz, 1H), 8.34 (dd, J=8.5 and 1.7 Hz, 1H), 7.91 (d, J=7.8 Hz, 1H), 7.55-7.60 (m, 1H), 7.46-7.53 (m, 2H), 7.22 (d, J=8.1 Hz, 1H), 6.94 (dd, J=8.1 and 2.0 Hz, 1H), 6.77 (d, J=2.0 Hz, 1H), 4.87-4.93 (m, 1H), 4.22-4.29 (m, 1H), 4.12-4.20 (m, 1H), 2.07-2.16 (m, 1H), 1.91-2.00 (m, 1H), 1.24 (s, 9H).
