Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from 3-cyano-4-hydroxy-N-methylbenzamide (E279, Step 3) and (3-{[(1,1-dimethylethyl)oxy]carbonyl}-2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-1H-3-benzazepin-7-yl)boronic acid (E264, Step 2), using the method of Example 264 Step 3; MS (ES+) m/e 322 [(M+H)—CO2tBu]+.
