Procedure

0.2 g of Ethyl 3-phenyl-3-{[3′-(1,3-thiazol-2-ylamino)[1,1′-biphenyl]-3-yl]sulfonylamino}-propanoate 15.1.1 were saponified in 15 ml dimethoxyethane 12 ml water and 0.2 g LiOH. After aqueous work-up and flash chromatography (dichloromethane/methanol 10+1) 65 mg were obtained.
