Procedure

A solution of the product from Example 47A (149 mg, 0.5 mmol), DBU (105 μL, 0.75 mmol) and 5-chloro-2-methoxy phenyl isocyanate (91 mg, 0.5 mmol) was stirred overnight. The solution was diluted with water (10 mL), extracted with dichloromethane (3×5 mL). The organic layers were combined, washed with brine, dried with sodium sulfate and concentrated in vacuo. The residue was purified by the HPLC procedure specified in Example 47B to obtain the title compound. 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ ppm 0.93 (t, J=7.5 Hz, 3 H), 1.27-1.39 (m, 2 H), 1.64-1.75 (m, 2 H), 2.36 (s, 3 H), 3.82-3.91 (m, 5 H), 5.81 (s, 1 H), 6.92-7.01 (m, 2 H), 8.36 (d, J=2.4 Hz, 1 H), 8.68 (s, 1 H); MS (ESI) m/z 354 (M+H)+.
