Procedure

80 mg (135 μmol) of ethyl 6-({2-[4-(5-chloro-2-cyanophenyl)-5-methoxy-2-oxopyridin-1(2H)-yl]-4-methoxybutanoyl}amino)-5-methoxy-1H-indole-2-carboxylate (racemate) were hydrolysed with lithium hydroxide at RT according to General Method 3. Yield: 63 mg (purity 90%, 74% of theory)
