Procedure

Following the procedure for 449, Step 3, isobutyramide was reacted with DMF-DMA to afford the title compound as a yellow oil. 1H NMR (CDCl3): 8.39 (1 H, s), 3.10 (3 H, m), 3.07 (3 H, d, J=0.67 Hz), 2.68-2.56 (1 H, m), 1.17 (3 H, s), 1.18-1.11 (3 H, s).
