製法・合成法
製造方法
Disodium fumarate is obtained by neutralizing fumaric acid with sodium carbonate. Heat the water to boiling, and add fumaric acid while stirring. Add sodium carbonate in portions to pH=6.5-6.7. Stir well and filter while hot to obtain sodium fumarate solution.
