実験手順

1.58 g of methyl [6-[3-[4-(diphenylmethoxy)piperidino]propylamino][1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-b]pyridazin-7-yl]carboxylate was dissolved in 10 ml of ethanol; 8.0 ml of a 1 N aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide was added, followed by stirring at room temperature for 1.5 hours. After cooling, the mixture was concentrated under reduced pressure; the residue was diluted with water and washed with ethyl acetate; 1 N hydrochloric acid was added to ajust pH 4.5. The mixture was saturated with saline and extracted with tetrahydrofuran; the extract was dried with magnesium sulfate. The crystal obtained by concentration under reduced pressure was washed with ethyl ether, collected by filtration and dried to yield 788 mg of the title compound.
