実験手順

Hydroxylamine hydrochloride (0.36 g) was added to a suspension of ethyl 4-(5-cyano-1-isoquinolinyl)butanoate (D42; 0.65 g) and NaHCO3 (0.66 g) in ethanol (20 ml). The mixture was heated to reflux for 24 hours. The solvent was evaporated in vacuo. The residue was washed with water (2×10 ml) to afford, after drying, the title compound (0.6 g). MS (ES): C16H19N3O3 requires 301. found 302.2 (M+H+).
