実験手順
Reduction of 4-fluorophenylacetaldehyde O-methyloxime with sodium cyanoborohydride as described in the preparation of Compound 44-B gave the title hydroxylamine as a clear oil after chromatography on silica gel (62% yield). 1HNMR 400 MHz (C6D6) δ (ppm): 2.64 (2H, d, J=7.1 Hz, CH2), 2.97 (2H, d, J=7.1 Hz, CH2), 3.53 (3H, s, OCH3), 5.24 (broad, NH), 6.9 (4H, m, aromatics).
