反応手順
A solution of 5-(3-trifluoromethoxy-phenoxymethyl)-pyrazine-2-carboxylic acid methyl ester (0.234 g, 0.712 mmol) in THF:MeOH (4:1, 5 mL) was treated with LiOH (0.150 g, 3.564 mmol) in 1.5 mL of water by the general procedure C to give 0.182 g of 5-(3-trifluoromethoxy-phenoxymethyl)-pyrazine-2-carboxylic acid. LCMS: 316 (M+2)+
