実験手順

To a solution of 4-(2-methylimidazo[1,2-a]pyridin-8-yl)phenol (0.40 g) in DMF (5 ml) was added sodium hydride (60% in oil, 0.086 g), and the mixture was stirred at room temperature for 5 min. To the reaction mixture was added 2-chloro-1-{[2-(trimethylsilyl)ethoxy]methyl}-1H-benzimidazole (0.50 g), and the mixture was stirred under microwave irradiation at 150° C. for 1 hr. The reaction mixture was poured into water, and the mixture was extracted with ethyl acetate. The extract was washed with saturated brine, dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate, and the solvent was evaporated under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by basic silica gel column chromatography (hexane/ethyl acetate) to give the title compound (0.57 g).
