実験手順

In a solution of 0.27 g of N-(5-chloro-2-pyrimidinyl)-4-[5-(3,5-dichlorophenyl)-5-trifluoromethyl-4,5-dihydroisoxazole-3-yl]-2-methyl benzoic acid amide synthesized in Step 1 of Synthetic Example 11, 0.08 g of triethylamine and a catalytic amount of 4-(dimethylamino)pyridine in 5 mL of tetrahydrofuran, 0.08 g of methoxyacetyl chloride was added at room temperature with stirring, and stirred at the same temperature for 0.5 hour. After the completion of the reaction, the solvent was distilled off under reduced pressure, the residue was passed through short-pass silica gel column that was eluated with ethyl acetate, and thereby insoluble material was removed. The solvent was distilled off under reduced pressure, and purified with silica gel column chromatography that was eluated with ethyl acetate-hexane (3:7) to obtain 0.22 g of the aimed product as colorless resinous substance.
