실험 절차

The product of example 54 (step A) (100 mg, 0.2 mmol), Pd2(dba)3 (21 mg, 0.023 mmol), (2-biphenyl)di-tert-butylphosphine (14 mg, 0.046 mmol), NaOtBu (48 mg, 0.5 mmol), and benzophenone imine (50 mg, 0.28 mmol) were dissolved in toluene (1.5 mL), and the solution was heated under N2 at 60° C. for 6 hours. The mixture was filtered and the filtrate concentrated in vacuo. The residue was dissolved in MeOH (3 mL), and sodium acetate (38 mg, 0.46 mmol) and hydroxylamine hydrochloride (32 mg, 0.46 mmol) were added. The solution was stirred at RT for 1 h. The solution was partitioned between sat. NaHCO3 (aq.) and EtOAc. The aqueous layer was extracted with EtOAc. The combined organic layers were dried (Na2SO4), filtered, and concentrated. The residue was purified via silica gel column chromatography (2/1 hexanes/EtOAc) which provided the title compound.
