실험 절차

The title compound was prepared following the procedure described in step-3 of Intermediate-2 using ethyl 6-chloro-2-fluoro-3-((3-fluoro-2,2-dimethylpropanamido)methyl)benzoate (100 mg, 0.30 mmol) in THF:MeOH:H2O (3:2:1; 6 mL) and NaOH (24 mg, 0.60 mmol) to afford 84 mg of the title product. 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO d6): δ 8.30 (t, 1H), 7.39-7.29 (m, 2H), 4.47-4.28 (m, 4H), 1.14 (s, 6H).
