실험 절차

To a solution of 2-methoxy-4-[N-methyl-N-[4-methyl-2-[5-(4-methylpiperazin-1-yl)carbonylpent-1-yloxy]phenyl]-carbamoyl]benzoic acid (200 mg) in N,N-dimethylformamide (3 ml) at 0° C. were added 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide hydrochloride (97 mg), N-hydroxybenzotriazole (79 mg) and 4-amino-2-[(4-methylpiperazin-1-yl)methyl]-1H-benzimidazole (105 mg) and the mixture was stirred at ambient temperature for 15 hours. The reaction mixture was poured into saturated sodium bicarbonate aqueous solution and extracted with chloroform. The organic layer was washed with saturated sodium bicarbonate aqueous solution and brine, dried over magnesium sulfate and evaporated in vacuo. The residue was purified by preparative thin-layer chromatography (chloroform:methanol=10:1) to give 3-methoxy-N-methyl-N-[4-methyl-2-[5-(4-methylpiperazin-1-yl)carbonylpent-1-yloxy]phenyl]-4-[2-[(4-methylpiperazin-1-yl)methyl]-1H-benzimidazol-4-yl]carbamoylbenzamide (104 mg).
